This site is so cool. I’ve just created the cutest dress with the new sidewalk cafe fabric by Marcus fabrics. I love being able to see how the fabrics look together. Thanks Emily for your great fabrics and now this website.

I tried patternjam out at the HMQS and it was so cool. I was able to try out material I liked in different combinations. But more importantly, I was able to see what combinations didn’t work! That will save me a lot of heartache. Great idea. I will use this a lot!!

I visited Pattern jam, and created a quilt. It is pretty neat to be able to do that. It would be neat to be able to put in any fabrics from any fabric line. Also I designed a pattern with sashing, but it didn’t add any sashing on the outsides of the blocks, just before the outer border. Also, I couldn’t see very well how to navigate back to change some things without having to start all over again. The idea is really neat.

Thanks for the feedback, Martha~ We plan on doing some upgrades to the website as we go along and the sashing is one item on the list!

This is an awesome site. It would be cool to be able to rotate the blocks when designing a quilt. It’s pretty awesome to see what it would look like though, and you have amazing fabric to choose from!
